Aoifa speaks nationwide about employee psychological and behavioral health issues and its impact on the workplace. She is a trained responder to workplace crisis’s and coaches Human Resource departments on preventative and post-incident strategies to manage human behavior problems such as harassment, violence, bullying, suicide and substance abuse.
